As part of our approach, we see the farm as an educational instrument promoting the values of work and responsibility.  We encourage our students not only to participate but to become leaders in each and every branch.

The branch coordinators (medicinal herbs, field crops, landscaping, apiary, petting zoo, organic vegetables) integrate theoretical studies whose goal is to acquire knowledge and understanding with practical learning whose goal is to develop and strengthen the different branches.  The learning is carried out through dialog, personal attention, and emphasis on team work – an integration between the theoretical and the practical.

Each year, select students, are chose to attend a course for becoming licensed tractor drives, which then become instrumental in the farm’s operation.
