In 1930, Ada Fishman-Maimon, a pioneer and visionary, established here the largest Women Workers' Farm, with full participation of female workforce, emphasizing agricultural and educational activities. Over the years, with the absorption of many immigrant waves, the agricultural farm transformed into the AYANOT-NA'AMAT Youth Village. The place maintains its core values, currently serving as the main building of the "Aderet" Pre-military Academy, AYANOT Branch.
