Educational Orchards

Growing strawberries or vegetables in plastic barrels. The cultivation is done without chemical substances, emphasizing environmental aspects such as composting and maintaining proper environmental balance and connection. The barrels enable urban agriculture by allowing cultivation in minimal space. Growing is possible even on non-soil surfaces. Learning in this field contributes to creative thinking and develops a connection to the earth.

Chicken Coop

Free-range Poultry Farming for Egg Production. This branch of animal husbandry emphasizes cage-free cultivation and free movement of hens. Freedom increases their mobility and reduces the risk of avian diseases. In this field, students learn to take responsibility and initiative. Additionally, students participate in research projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture.

Apiary

Honey production is considered one of the oldest in the world, and honey is the only food that doesn’t spoil and doesn’t have the concept of “expiration date.” This educational and environmental field of study is of the highest quality, where students learn to work independently with bees and honey production.

Educational Animal Farm

A unique therapeutic and educational space utilizing special animals such as miniature horses, fallow deer, and various rodents and hamsters. Working with animals raises students’ self-awareness and enhances their self-confidence.

Medicinal Herbs

An agricultural and educational branch that focuses on the entire growth process, from plant seedling through maturity. The program utilizes all parts of the plant for the extraction of essential oils and the production of creams, ointments, and soaps. Students participate in the complete product development cycle – from plant cultivation through packaging and marketing to leading stores and hotels across Israel.

Ornamental Horticulture

The campus landscaping, maintenance, planting, and development are carried out locally together with our students. We transform empty spaces into blooming gardens – from initial planning through soil preparation, irrigation system setup, planting, and supervision. Students are actively involved in designing the ornamental gardens. This branch serves both educational and therapeutic purposes – working with plants benefits students physically and behaviorally, while they gain an appreciation for nature and its preservation.
